Positive: Le quartier est sympa. Negative: Les draps n'étaient pas changés. Nous n'avons eu des draps propres que le lendemain de la première nuit. Plusieurs objets étaient cassés ou non fonctionnels (tiroir de commode, sèche linge, store, une plaque de cuisson). La dame chargée de l'entretien (très sympa) ne parlait pas anglais. La conciergerie, très procédurière sur les instructions d'entrée, ne m'a pas répondu sur ce sujet. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. C'est cher pour les prestations.

It was a beautiful area, a lot of stuff around to do, nice cafe/bar attatched to the building, highly recommend the Positive: The property was pretty nice minus a few minor things Negative: Nothing serious, but the lack of attention to details, the paper towel and toilet paper were pretty low quality. The bathroom faucet was loose from the sink, worked fine though. Toilet not secure to the floor, and seat wasn’t the correct size. Missing a kitchen cabinet knob. Paint from remodeling not all the way cleaned up. One of the dresser draws was clearly broken, but i didn’t need it. The back door was unlocked upon my arrival, kind of scary.

Management waited until we were waiting outside the unit door to say that they were missing pre check in items. They did

Miesester Check in, in der Waschmaschine noch nasse Bettwäsche vom Vermieter, dürftige Ausstattung, dafür gute Lage Positive: Super Lage am Piedmont Park, Metro fussläufig Negative: schlimmster Check-in Prozess jemals: wir sollten den Zugangs Code laut Mail 48 Std vorher bekommen. Auf Rückfrage hieß es dann 24 Std vorher. Am Tag der Anreise kam dann eine Rechnung über ein Deposit ohne weitere Infos. 2 Std vor Ankunft hieß es auf weitere aktive Nachfrage, wir müssen erst deposit bezahlen und bekommen dann den Code. Mustern wir alles auf der Anreise klären - unnötiger Stress, was echt total unnötig war :(

Great, affordable place to stay- walking distance from several restaurants, shops, & Piedmont park. The location fel Positive: The location was great! Great space, we loved the outside balcony! Negative: The access door was always open, I had to make sure I closed it tightly whenever I came and went. Some things were faulty therefore I was nervous to use such as one of the chairs and the window curtains.

Positive: Very clean. Nice decor. Comfortable walking to my car . Good location . Negative: Management response time is terrible . It’s quicker to text or email because no one answers the phone or returns calls . Also whatever you’re quoted for be prepared to pay an extra 100$ which they don’t ask you to pay until day of check in .This is not your deposit .
